By 12 installing, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound 13 by the terms and conditions of this EULA.</p> 14 <h2 id="prohibited-content-and-conduct">Prohibited Content and 15 Conduct</h2> 16 <p>You agree not to use our application to create, upload, post, send, 17 or store any content that:</p> 18 <ul> 19 <li>Is illegal, infringing, or fraudulent</li> 20 <li>Is defamatory, libelous, or threatening</li> 21 <li>Is pornographic, obscene, or offensive</li> 22 <li>Is discriminatory or promotes hate speech</li> 23 <li>Is harmful to minors</li> 24 <li>Is intended to harass or bully others</li> 25 <li>Is intended to impersonate others</li> 26 </ul> 27 <h2 id="you-also-agree-not-to-engage-in-any-conduct-that">You also agree 28 not to engage in any conduct that:</h2> 29 <ul> 30 <li>Harasses or bullies others</li> 31 <li>Impersonates others</li> 32 <li>Is intended to intimidate or threaten others</li> 33 <li>Is intended to promote or incite violence</li> 34 </ul> 35 <h2 id="consequences-of-violation">Consequences of Violation</h2> 36 <p>Any violation of this EULA, including the prohibited content and 37 conduct outlined above, may result in the termination of your access to 38 our application.</p> 39 <h2 id="disclaimer-of-warranties-and-limitation-of-liability">Disclaimer 40 of Warranties and Limitation of Liability</h2> 41 <p>Our application is provided “as is” and “as available” without 42 warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not 43 limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a 44 particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our application will be 45 uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Damus Nostr Inc. be 46 liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, 47 indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of 48 or in connection with the use or inability to use our application.</p> 49 <h2 id="changes-to-eula">Changes to EULA</h2> 50 <p>We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time and 51 without prior notice.
